Intune Compliance Alerts
Every company needs to keep sensitive information secure on any device. To help keep compliance standards, non-compliant devices are frequently blocked from accessing corporate resources. Device compliance policies are a key feature when using Intune to protect an organisation’s resources.
Based on the needs and desires of many MSPs, we are offering the Intune Compliance Alerts Tool. It is a scanning service for Intune-registered devices. This Tool monitors any tenant for Intune compliance and alerts on any non-compliant devices.
In conjunction with our Intune Compliance Report, you can also track details on the associated Intune policies and existing compliance issues. We offer a helping hand to every MPS to ensure compliance with Intune and secure company Data Protection, Security Baseline, Access to Resources, Regulatory Adherence, and Proactive Defence.
Access Tracker Report
The updated Access Tracker Report now includes expanded file and folder operations and allows selection of search fields.
The report can be generated for any user, any tenant, all users, or even non-partner tenants with sufficient credentials.
Looking for a particular file or an essential folder within a company in the event of a data breach? Comprehensive access details within a defined interval are invaluable. The report now includes the following logged attributes:
The Access Tracker is now a vital tool for tracking operations performed on any file or folder within a tenant structure.
Intune Compliance Report
This report makes it effortless to determine whether there are any non-compliant devices in a tenant and exactly what needs to be done to address them.
The report can be run on your tenant, any partner tenant, and any non-partner tenant if you have credentials and Intune is configured. You can run reports for all partner tenants at once with a single click.
The report lists failed users, failed policies, and the specific settings of the failed policies. The Intune Policies tab lists all details of the policies that need to be met.
In the Partner Portals tool, you also find a direct link to Intune, plus new Secure Score and Defender Partner portals, without additional authentication.
Direct Send
Direct Send in M365 enables devices to send messages without requiring a login to a Microsoft 365 account. Its lack of authentication makes it vulnerable to abuse by attackers, who can exploit it to deliver spoofed internal emails and phishing messages to users without needing compromised credentials.
By default, Direct Send is enabled. Disabling it in Exchange Online the conventional way can take quite some time. Our Direct Send tool lets you disable it with a single click.
Offboarding Tool + Transport Rules Tool
Updates to our already comprehensive Offboarding tool now include:
Transport Rules Tool
The Transport Rules tool enables you to remove, enable, disable, or edit any transport rule in Exchange, provided you have the necessary permissions.
Partner Portals
If you need to access the M365 portal for specific settings only available in the portal, we have a solution.
Our Partner Portals tool enables seamless navigation to commonly used Microsoft portals and admin centres without separate authentication for each tenant.
Single click access includes:
Access Tracker
This report helps you identify who accessed specific sensitive documents for accountability purposes within the workspace.
It provides access to all files anywhere within a tenant site structure, including all SharePoint sites, Team sites, and OneDrive for Business.
GDAP Relationship Tool
To create a link with customers, every MSP requires a correctly configured and functioning GDAP relationship. This tool helps you create a GDAP relationship for MSP Easy Tools in three easy steps.
After successful establishment, you also get a full HTML report detailing all GDAP relationships in your tenant, color coded by active, pending, terminated, or expired status in the master tenant.
Weekly Login Reports + Domain Info Report
Weekly Login Reports
The generated report displays all logins and failed logins for the tenant over the past 7 days. The report is sent as a full HTML report via email as an attachment each Monday.
Microsoft is increasing security requirements in Exchange and Outlook. Any sender sending over 5000 emails per domain per day must implement proper email authentication. All emails must pass SPF, DKIM, and DMARC checks to prevent phishing and spoofing.
Domain Info Report
Produces a single report for any tenant or all partner tenants at once and shows domain validity along with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC status for every registered domain.
SPF DKIM DMARC Tool
Gives you the ability to interact with DKIM configuration in M365 and provides a basic DMARC configuration that meets Microsoft requirements.
Accounts per Customer Report + Platform Updates
Accounts per Customer Report
This report brings all user accounts across your customer tenants into one single view, including license status and associated email aliases.
Use it for marketing planning, billing, or a quick overview of user activity without jumping between tenants.
UI Customisation Updates
MFA Migration Indicator
A new indicator in the Security Report dashboard shows the status of MFA migration for each tenant.
Login Tracker Improvements
The Login Tracker report now includes clear reasons for failed logins, such as password issues or MFA problems.
Push MFA
What it does
Push MFA lets you verify a user identity by sending a push notification to a registered device. Select a tenant and user, click Send Push Notification, and the tool sends a secure request for confirmation.
Why you need it
Support teams can confirm the person they are talking to is who they claim to be. Because the notification is sent only to a trusted device, it reduces fraud risk. You also get an alert if a new authentication method is added.
Bonus: a great training resource
With the business owner agreement, you can send a Push MFA notification to a customer to reinforce safe behavior. If the notification is accepted without thought, it is a sign additional training is needed.
